Chris Barnard

Chris comes from over 6 years in new home sales as an Area Sales Manager with some of the top production and custom builders in Edmonton. In a previous life, he was in banking for over 8 years. This serves him well, as he is able to review builder contracts, has familiarity with construction and pre-construction processes, can offer guidance for financing questions, and has lots of experience in negotiations for both buyers and sellers.

He calls Vernon, BC his hometown, and has an affinity for animal welfare, having supported animal rescues and shelters extensively over the years.
